COLLABORATION WITH YOKOHAMA UNIVERSITY OF ART AND DESIGN

We have always considered it to be important to address the shortage of future professionals involved in the restoration and preservation of artworks and crafts. Based on the circumstance, together with Yokohama University of Art and Design in April 2017, we established the “Warehouse TERRADA Collaborative Course in Restoration and Preservation,” with the emphasis in nurturing future generations of specialists. Warehouse TERRADA and TERRADA ART ASSIST Co., Ltd. have been supporting the course.

COLLABORATION WITH ART INNOVATION CENTER OF TOKYO UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS

Pursuing the optimal environment and storage techniques for artworks preservation, Warehouse TERRADA and TERRADA ART ASSIST Co., Ltd. have been entrusting joint research to Art Innovation Center of Tokyo University of the Arts since April 2016. Beyond traditional preserving/safekeeping of artworks, we have been focusing on the research to “inherit” them to the future.
